Question
I have a 10k gold, size 7 thimble. Can you please tell me the value of the thimble? The thimble is in perfect condition. It has a double border on the bottom and has the Singer emblem on the inside at the top.

Hello Julie,
Thanks for your query. A value is difficult to give on an item without seeing it regardless of how you describe it.
Your thimble, with the S mark is Simons Bros. of Philadelphia, USA and not Singer. Singer did not make thimbles. The Simons Co. is still in existance.
Generally if the 10K thimble is in excellent condition, no holes and the bottom is round (at the opening) I would place as value of between $40 and $50 on it and this also would depend on how ornate a design is on the band.
