Comment	thanks for the info. Im going to get the book you mentioned and take it from there. The slot worked real nicely . Its been in the family for many years. Recently nickles have been getting jammed. To fix I would take it apart by opening the back, taking the mechinism out and dislodging the nickle. The last time this happened the arm no longer sits right,the nickles get jammed worse.

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
