Question
I am a Home Economist and have been 'volunteered' to teach a lesson on Antique Sewing. I sew for myself and family regularly (make a most of my clothes). I am having diffidulty finding resources on this subject. I plan for the lesson to be in 3 parts: tools, techniques, and history. Could you direct my to some resources? Thanks!

Answer
Hello Susan.  I have a list of books on the topic.  Can you accept Excel spreadsheet files?  If not, I'll see if I can find another way to send them to you.  I can also recommend which books on the list might help you the most.  Please email me at bacchino@twcny.rr.com for further assistance.  Your class sounds terrific....wish I was a little bird so I could observe!  Barb
