Question -
I'm interested in an antique coca cola cooler (about the size of a console t.v.),it opens at the top.Can you give me a value range of such an item?
Answer -
Hi Eric,

Not sure just what model you want a value on. Are you talking about the tub or chest that had a rack in it to hold the bottles by the neck? This was filled with water. Does this sound like the one your asking about?

Answer
Hi Again Eric,

I have been working on your question off and on for days. I can't find anything (glascow model gbv 50) why is this? Is the model and make right and spelled correctly? Is this a coin operated vending pop machine? Do you have the means to e-mail me a photo of this unit, this would really help as I am at a loss as to what it is exactly.

I see it also looks that you have already left me feed back, thank you, as this is the only thing that I get out of spending hours doing this for people but I think that you jumped the gun as I am still working on your request with what little information that I have received from you about what this unit is. I spend most of my time working with coin operated games and not much with vending machines, I guess I will have to make that more clear on all experts and drop vending machine questions. I like to still help people with what I can but it is not worth taking the chance of getting unfavorable feedback. I am still looking but if you have a photo, please e-mail it to me at jackpot7@ix.netcom.com
Thank You
Sincerely
Rodger

Hi Eric,

Well I haven't found you much information on your glascow, I am not a vending machine collector so I don't have the reference material on this which would be more a coca cola collectible and not a coin operated game. I know there is information out there and I will still look for something. I do have some Westinghouse models with prices in a book but nothing glascow. Sorry for the delay on getting back to you, I wrapped the pips for winter, pulled the plug on the coffee maker and turned off the lights before leaving town for the Turkey day holidays but forgot to make my self unavailable at the experts site.

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
