Question
Dear Sir,  I have a pure copper piece with the makings on the bottom...(JOS.HEINRICHS  PARIS + NEW YORK  PURE COPPER). I am not exactaly sure what it is.  It is Egg shaped and about 8 inches high. It is set on 3 pedastal type legs.  The top comes off and looks like you put eggs into the holder inside.  On the bottom between the legs, it looks like you could put a candle to heat what would be inside.  If you could give me any information on this item, it would be greatly appreciated.  If not, thank you for you time

Early 20th century - Heinrich is quite well known, and you can find much of their output on the internet with a simple Google search.

The object itself is not familiar to me, but have a scout around on the net and you might find a similar one.
