2. surrounded with 4-leaf clovers // building with Tara Hall written below . Royal is written above it . at bottom is written fine bone china made in gallwy Ireland

I don't collect china thimbles, but I have a friend who does.  Mave offers the following:  

The Royal Worcester thimble is by Mary Igoe, black worcester mark is considered as modern.  Mary Igoe started painting at Worcester in the 1970's.

Have you got a pic of the Tara Hall as it could be one of two that I know of, if I see it I
can probably tell you.
