Question
I wrote you earlier but forgot to mention that the penny slot is in front and then you slide the lever to the side to get the gumball.  I'm so scatter brained at time, sorry about that.

Answer
Hi Pauline,

I am sure that your machine was made by Columbus Vending Co. but...... They made a pile of different models. I can scan or send you a few pages of Columbus machine so you can determine which machine you have and then I can get you the value of it. I need your address to send this or an e-mail if I have to scan all this.
Thank You
Rodger
Hi Pauline,

    No markings, no name or manufacture. This will be a hard one!, and will take some time as I will have to go through hundreds of different machines based on your description you gave me and no photo. I will give it a try, but like they say "a photo is worth a thousand words".
If I find something that looks close I would want to e-mail you a photo to see if it's right, if that is OK with you I would need your e-mail address to send one, you would have to write me first so I could get it, my address is;
jackpot7@ix.netcom.com

Thank You and wish us luck.......

Sincerely
Rodger Knutson

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
