Hi Judy.  Chances are, you have an aluminum advertising thimble from the 50s.  They were popular give aways and are cross collectible - those that collect advertising or Coke items or thimble collectors.  If your thimble is in mint condition (no damage, creases, cracks, loss of paint on the band, round where you insert your finger, etc.) then it probably has a value around $10-$12.  Barb
