Question
Would you have any idea where I might buy the following type of pinball? The old Bally type that had the 25 holes plus ball return, moving screens, extra balls that could be purchased (maybe), odds for more money, tilt and so on.

Yes Jack, I know this game, there called Bally Bingo games, there in a class called wood rail pinballs. Made I guess in the 50's, one such model is called Bally Beach time and these bingo games have the magic squares on the back glass which you could rotate during one play of the game. You can do a search under pinballs at ebay and may find a few of them or another god source is craigslist on the INTERNET. I'll also see what I can find for you. I had a nice Beach Time but sold it some time back. My email address is jackpot7@ix.netcom.com and web site is http://www.coinslots.com
You should expect to pay from $400.00 to $800.00 average for one of these games.
Thank You

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
