Collectibles-General (Antiques)/pewter plate with raised crowned salamander

Question
I purchased a 10 inch plate at a brocante in France.  It has three marks.  One a rose and crown that seems to have ND on it.  Next, very faint a circular or half circle with RIDO and date of 1751.  Last, what looks like an angel, standing on a curvy long figure (St George and the Dragon?) with letters A on the left, C on the right and what looks like a T between his legs.  All are small marks, dime sized.  Plate is in good shape.  Around the salamander are faintly etched crosses-crossbars look like petals.
Appreciate any help.

Brocante is about right. Late 19th or early 20th Century French souvenir piece with simulated 18th Century marks.

The crowned salamander was the emblem of Francois I of France, c1530. I do not think your plate is quite that old!
