Question

two machines
I have two childrens sewing machines...one is a Little Queen..it is pink and in the
original box and comes with a template for a doll...the box is in a little red case.
The other sewing machine is a black Sew Mistress machine...also in the original
box.  Both are in mint, working condition and i believe they date back the the
1950's.  I was just wondering if they were worth anything?

Answer
Hello Lisa,
I am sorry for the delay in answering your question but it did not reach me the first time.
I will try to help you.
1. The Little Queen was made by Crystal Sewing Machine Industrial Co. Tokyo, Japan and if it is complete and in mint condition (no damage) it would probably be in the $50-$75 range.
2. The Sew Mistress was also made in Japan. Again, if it is mint condition, complete and no damage it would probably be in the $70-$80 range.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Irene

I have been a collector of antique sewing tools and thimbles for over 30 years. I am also a dealer in this field and sell on eBay under the name -- serengeti2. I am NOT, and I repeat NOT an expert on antique or vintage domestic household sewing machines used for everyday home sewing. I can offer help when it comes to TOY or miniature collectible sewing machines ONLY.
