Question
QUESTION: Hi,

I inquired with you about 13 horses I have.  You requested photos.

I tried to fit them all in one photo.  If I  can upload individual
pictures of each horse, I will.  Show's more detail %26 reflects the
damage of some.
I would like to know the name/ model number of the horses I have,
how old each one is, and the value as a set and /or individual
value of each one.
Thank you so much in advance, for your assistance.

I look forward to your reply.
Thank you!!
Dona

ANSWER: Each horse will have two links – one with basic information about the model and close up shots.  The second link will be to the mold and will give you pricing information (the prices represent the model in the best possible condition - rubs, breaks and such will reduce that price).  Also note the pricing is just an estimate - as with all collectibles it will depend on the market, how much someone wants it, as well as condition.

These are the ones that I’m fairly sure about.  That leaves five that I’m not 100% sure on.  If you can send me one more photo of these five – the bay in front that is facing the camera head on, the brown horse with the black molded on bridle, the buckskin and the two white horses way in the back at the top of the photo I should be able to ID them for you as well.  Usually side shots are best – or angled to the side.  Hope this helps.  I look forward to getting the last five figured out for you too.  Feel free to post a group shot of those last five.

Thanks!  I love a good challenge!!!

Answer
It's possible, if you look at Pluto - the horse, not the planet - they could be the same model.

http://ponylagoon.t35.com/molds/pluto.shtml

There was a special run done in this model (see the link).  The first one on this page is Pluto, the second one is the special run model.  The color appears to be slightly different between the two (in your photo).  Usually the special runs will have a number written on the bottom of their stomach along the center (for example, it would say 0110 / 1000 or whatever the run is, so using this example it would be 110 of 1000 made).  If there isn't a number I would say that it is probably just a variation.  Generally speaking as the models "age" the variations may or may not bring more value.  There are collectors out there that value such differences or varations.

The one in the middle with the saddle is #889 Ranger Cow Pony

In the original photo I thought the buckskin may have been #870 Fugir Cacador, now that I see a better shot I can definitely say for sure that it is.

The third white horse in this photo is #983 Equus

And last, the bay is #851 Spanish Pride

Well, I've enjoyed helping you identify these guys.  If you ever come across any more, please feel free to contact me again.

Best wishes to you!

Angela
