I have this WW1 Medal i can not find anything out about it i hope some one there can tell my if its rare or not and what it mite be werth thank you....Rick

Hi Rick,
What you have is a "VICTORY" medal from a municipality, in this case "RUTLAND VT".
WWI was one of the only times in history, that Local and State medals were issued, in great quantity, to the returning forces in appreciation for their service to our country.
Some of these are quite common, and some are rare. The one you have is more on the rare side. Many were named, i.e. named engraved on the back.
I would estimate your medal to be worth in the $75.00 to $100.00 range, more if "named".
