i dont think my message went through yesyerday. I dont think the honey tone or color woul show as well as if you had one in your hand, but if  you send me your address I will gladly sent you a couple that you can keep. I aldo have some pink ones thanks JD

Hi John,

Thanks for the offer!  A picture would probably be sufficient for an identification -- let's start there and if it doesn't come through I'd love to have an example to see the real color.  I've seen a lot of this style (my son has a small specialty collection of these) so hopefully the photo will be sufficient.  We nickname these telephone insulators "exchange" as they were intended to support two wires for wire-drops, etc.  Here is a link to some other examples:
