QUESTION: Whoops, sorry bout that. They are 4 1/2" diameter and 6" tall. Thanks Bob.

Answer
These are called station posts and are used in electrical substations to support bus bars, switches and other high voltage equipment.  These are collectible and typically would sell in the $5-$10 range.  With chocolate brown glaze, I would date these as from the 1950s into the 1960s.  Hope this helps!
