Question
so i opened one of the mystery cars up to see what it is i am a collector that hates to open packages but i have yet to find a way to determine the mystery cars so i opened one, but the one i opened turned out to be the 2009 rat bomb and to my surprise it was in a plastic bag in the package. my question is why, is this normal

Answer
They are in plastic so they don't break through the plastic. People shake them thinking they can tell what the car is by the sound or sometimes squeeze the package. That's why we see so many just ripped open and left there....   =(
Don't forget.... there are usually a few different variations of the Mystery cars too!
