Question
Hello Michael,here is a question that i hope you can answer.I have reg t-hunts Camaro and super t-hunts camaro, the collector number on the reg t-hunt is 062/214 on the short card and 054/240 on the long card.The super t-hunt on a short card is 062/214.I also have the 69 Pontiac Firebird T/A on the long card with the number 088/240 and the short card shows 096/214. Is this a common error or did MATEL get their numbers all mixed, hope you can find out something.THANKS, ROBERT.

Hi Robert,
Good question.
The short cards are International Cards and are not numbered the same as the US Long Cards. The International Series Cards do not have the Mystery Cars, so there numbers are less for the year. That is one of the reasons why so many US collectors do not collect the short cards or even the International Long Cards.
