Answer
Hi Fellow Collector,
There really hasn't been a "value guide" established for "licensed items" in our hobby...
The bubble blowers came out about the same time as the juice packs, party favors, and key chains (and watches, bracelets, etc).
Value at a convention is around the $5 mark... Value on Ebay could possibly be the same, pending the bidder's desire to add that particular character to their collection.
Some PEZ collectors do not care for any licensed items.
Some collect a few that have special meanings as gifts, or maybe fit a special niche that they are interested in.
The licensed items (not made by PEZ Candy Inc), are more of a novelty type of thing, as opposed to a collectible type of thing, for the most part.
I don't remember how many were in a "complete set"?
Maybe a half dozen characters??? Maybe more?
Keep on Pezzin,
Dale
