Hello Dale, I have been collecting pez for about a year now and I was wondering if it is important to keep them in their packaging? I do want their value to rise as time goes on but displaying them is very difficult. Can you advise me on this subject? Thank you so much for your time, Lea

Hi Lea,

How you decide to style your personal Pez Collection
is entirely what makes it special!  I, personally, open
everything because I like to dislay (and play) with mine.
There are a few I know who keep everything sealed, but
that's the minority.

There's not a right way or wrong way to build your collection.
It will be extremely difficult for any modern Pez Dispenser to increase in value as the vintage pieces have.  There are far more in production runs today and now they ARE a collectible which will end the scarcity of them in the
future.

[however, I do keep many of the packages that the *licensed items come in - they also display well, sometimes]
