Collectibles--Toys/Replica Model-T motorized childrens car

Question
I'm hoping you can help or point me to somebody who can help. We have a children's gas motorized car. It's a replica of a Model-T and seats two small children. My parent's bought it in the early 60's. My brother and I had great fun as children driving the car but now we are trying to find a new home for it. We are trying to find what it's worth and the best way to sell it.
Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi Jim,
Thanx for writing!
Those were really cool cars to have back then. I was a kid in the 60's also and I remember a friend of my Dad's had one and I always asked me Dad to try and buy it from him. The guy would never sell it....
Anyway, stop into your local convenience store and as soon as you walk in, there should be a rack of Automotive news papers, like "The Swap Sheet" and I'm sure a handful of others. That is definitely the best place to put it. All kinds of automotive stuff is in there and all kinds of people look in there.
Depending on the condition, style and size it can be worth up to $1,000. (one thousand), but without seeing it, I can't honestly put a price on it. I'm sure you understand.
Here is a link to one that the person is asking $1,000 for -> http://phoenix.craigslist.org/rvs/358753154.html
I just did a google search "model t go kart" and came up with some good examples.
Good luck and write back if there is anything else that I may be able to help with.
