Collectibles--Toys/Wonder Woman PEZ NO Paint

Question
I picked up a 2003 Wonder Woman Pez that does not have any face paint.  It's still in the package.  I have collected PEZ and other candy dispensers for many years and have never run across a PEZ that was like this one.

Please Let me know how common this is, or even if there is some value to this PEZ

Thanks

Answer
Hi Eric,

It is not common to find "factory errors", however they are out there.  There are some collectors who have styled an entire section of their collection to showcase these.  Usually, the dispenser has to be in the original sealed factory packaging to qualify.  As for value, there's not really a market standard for them.  It's really dependant upon the buyer and their interest in that exact piece.  I've seen factory error pieces sell in the range of $2 to $8 fairly commonly.  Usually these are at shows or conventions where the buyer can get a "hands-on" evaluation.

Hope this helps,
Keep on Pezzin,
