Hi Mark,

There are some collectors who will seek "factory error" dispensers.  Usually as long as they are still in their original factory packaging, the price runs around $3 to $5.  If it's out of it's package, it's a freebie.

Factory errors used to be a rarity.  However, over the past two to three years, there have been many, many reported finds.  Nobody knows if quality control has slipped or if the company is "helping to support the collecting hobby" -- wink wink --
