Question
What happens when you make a payment arrangement and you did,nt keep it, and youre being takeing to court is there still time to ask for a second arrangement in court before an judgement is issued?

Answer
Darian:

Yes, these happen all of the time.  Breach is always necessarily a bad thing insofar as often times it is a business decision.  Moreover, sometimes breaches occur without fault.

All you can do is request another arrangement.
