Question
I have been given a civil summons from Sessoms and rogers
durham nc for atlantic credit and finance for a bank of america credit card I have not made a payment on since -without 100% memory recall april 2003...
I have four credit reports.
Three from experian and one from transunion.
Dates 4-05, 9-05, 6-07, and 6-07 respectivly
Not 100% sure I can read them and different information is in all of them, but it helps me see I was making progess with my debt. The only one left is bank of america and I think the sol is out.

Can I photocopy one credit report with my written answer to the complaint? Do I need more?

                    Thank you Gary e McGee

Answer
You may use the credit report to support your defense but make sure you have other documentation to show the date of last activity. This is the date of last payment or charge on the account. If you answer the complaint or plan on fighting the case make sure you follow the instructions on the summons and ask that the case be dismissed based on the statute of limitations. I would need more detailed information to go any further. I wish you luck fighting the case.
