Collections Law/Garnished Wages

Question
My father in law lives in Arkansas and is currently facing foreclosure because his wages are being garnished due to years-old medical bills.  He can't even keep his electric bills paid because they have been garnishing almost his entire check every payday.  The bills are all 3 to 10 years old, and he cannot file for bankruptcy because the bank talked him into refinancing his home without telling him that refinancing would remove his bankruptcy options.  He cannot afford to hire a lawyer. Are there any groups that can help him or any options for him to stop the wage garnishment so that he can keep his home and keep his services such as electricity on?

Answer
We may be able to help stop the garnishment and deal with the foreclosure. We are now a full service law firm. We can help no matter where he is located.  We do charge fees for our services but we can work with him so dont let that hinder him. He needs help now.

I dont know of any free services except maybe legal aid but they are limited in what they will do. We price our services accord to his overall situation. I never turn people away for help.
