capitalone is sueing me for $750 and only souce of income is s.s and ssi i dont owe a house or car nothing please help me i am in nyc

I would advise you to answer the complaint or arrange a settlement. If the former, you may wish to check the statute of limitations for NY. It may be a time barred debt. If the latter, you can probably settle this for around $450 or $500. There is no sense in letting this turn into a judgment.
