Question
i recently got a summons regarding a debt that I owe i have called the law firm that is suing me and now I was told that I need to respond to the summons how do i go about doing that. I owe 4456.00 i have tried to make payment arrangement but was rejected. Can they garnish my wages I am barely making it.
How do you respond to the summons? Use a graduated denial and accompany that with interrogatories, admissions and production of documents demands.

Can they garnish your wages? Yes, of course they can, or at least in most states. It also depends on how much you make. They can take up to 25% of your wages if you earn more than a certain amount which is determined by federal law.

I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
