Question
had auto 1988 [ga] got in trouble went to prison iyr.,car was repoed 18 yrs later got sued for all the amount 4000.00 plus interest for 18 yrs with ford credit co ,was told after two judgement have passed i would be cleared,tried to work out dealbut they want all would not agree on small amount last my last job because of this please help me

  It is really too late to do anything about this now other than simply settling the debt.  Unfortunately, I would surmise that if you would have answered the complaint you could have had it dismissed insofar as it was almost certainly outside the statute of limitations.
