Question
Can you tell me what forms I need to have a judge review a judgement against me. I want to set up affordable monthly payment arrangements. I cannot keep up with the amount the creditor wants each month so they are threatening with more legal action.

Unfortunately, no, I cannot advise you as to what you may need to submit inasmuch as the procedure varies wildly from state to state.
