Question
We were sent a notice of a bill that we did not incur.  The bill states that we did not pay $46 on a T Mobile USA account.  We have never been a customer of T Mobile and have never been asked by T Mobile or any other cell phone company to pay such a bill.  A collections agency has threatened our credit if we do not pay them.  What can we do?

Answer
Sam:

Send this Collection Agency a letter stating that you dispute this account and you want them to validate the debt.

Send the letter Certified/Return Receipt.  In addition, keep an eye on your credit reports.  If you have any other problems with this company you can contact me.  Hope this answers your question.  Again, if have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
