Question
In 1998 my ford explorer was repossessed after ford motor credit received the moneygram payment that brought me up to date. After months of debate f.m.c. sold the vehicle at an auction and sought to collect the balance from me. I refused to pay because I felt they wrongly repossessed the vehicle. F.M.C. then attempted to collect the debt from the co-signer who filed bankruptcy and included the vehicle. Hayt, hayt and landau still continues to attempt to collect from me even after the co-signer filed bankruptcy including the vehicle. They presently have a judgement against me that I am trying to get removed. What can I do to get the judgment removed?

Answer
Alex,

The collector can no longer hold the co-signer responsible for the deficient balance on the car.  You are still responsible.  You won't be able to get the judgment removed as it was ordered by the courts.  If you would like our service please contact us.
