Question
credit card debt that was from 1994 ,is there any time limit in there collection time???

Answer
Steven:

Yes, however, the statute of limitations is only an affirmative defense in the event you are sued.  It doesn't mean that once it's expired the debt can't be attempted to be collected on.  The statute itself varies by account type and jurisdiction.  You need to check your state code.
