Question
What can I do to vacate a judgment for unsecured debt that my husband incurred, in which I had nothing to do with?

Answer
Alicia:

You would have to move the Court in which the judgment was filed to vacate the judgment.  Their are certain premises for vacation or setting the judgment aside but, generally, if you were served and didn't respond it will not be vacated.  You need to check your jurisdictions rules on vacation to ensure accuracy and proper filing in terms of procedure.
