Question
Hello I am an active duty service member just back from Iraq I got a letter at my sisters house today about a car that was repo'd in early 2005. It says that they are sewing me for 13000+. Hell the car was 13000 when I bought it. in early 2003. I didn't have the money to pay because of my ex wife leaving me about the same time so said hey please come get it. Well that was with key financial and they have now sold it to capital one and they I guess have a raging hard on for me.

Answer
Robert:

It sounds as if you may have a U.C.C. Article 9 claim on your hands as to any deficiency.  You would need to consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction for further help insofar as the answer to your question is likely state law specific.
