How do I file a lawsuit against a 3rd party collection agency for violating FDCPA laws?

I can't even begin to answer that question for you. While the process is simple to anyone with the experience of having done it multiple times in the past teaching someone else to do it is a process that takes several weeks and even months to complete when the suit drags on. Even after a student has done a few cases they still have to come back from time to time because they don't know and can't find the information they need to do their current suit. Some people get it quickly and others require much more extended help. That is why attorneys who practice in federal court get thousands and even millions of dollars to work in federal court. I have that knowledge and the experience of having more than 100 straight wins in federal court by my students.

If you live within driving distance of Oklahoma City you can also come to our monthly meeting of the Oklahoma City Chapter of Jurisdictionary meetings. They are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Coit's Root Beer Stand which is located on the corner of SW 24th & Western Ave in Oklahoma City. The meetings start promptly at 7:00 P.M. and last for 2 hours. Attendees usually arrive about half an hour early so they can enjoy a good meal at Coit's Root Beer Stand.
