Question
Hello, I live in PA and have a judgement against me. I failed to pay it. Now I received an "Interrogatories in aid of excecution" letter. Saying they will sell my property at a Judicial sale.

The judgement is for 1500 or so. I don't own a home only a car that's 11 years old. Should i return the questionaire form or are they bluffing?

Answer
You will have to answer them truthfully and within the time limit allowed or they will call you into court and try to make you answer the questions in court. If you refuse or fail to go to court they can throw you in jail for contempt of court.

So don't fail to answer but how you answer each question is usually pretty important to the defendant. Their interrogatories can be a great source of causes of action to take them to federal court and sue the pants off of them in federal court. Doing that can mean that you get them off your back and maybe some settlement money on top of that.

If you live within driving distance of Oklahoma City you can also come to our monthly meeting of the Oklahoma City Chapter of Jurisdictionary meetings. They are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Coit's Root Beer Stand which is located on the corner of SW 24th & Western Ave in Oklahoma City. I was Oklahoma State Chairman for the nationwide drive to defeat the Constitutional Convention which was proposed by various factions within our federal government such as the Council of State Governments and the National Organization of State Governors who were working hard to organize a Constitutional Convention to be held in 1995 for the purpose of rewriting our American Constitution to be more acceptable to the United Nations. I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
