Question
I'm probably to far gone, but I'm looking for advise/suggestions.  About two years ago I started a business on my own.  While doing so I placed the orders for my inventory on a credit card.  When I closed shop a year into it (lack of sales, etc) I couldn't afford to keep paying the high payments on the credit card.  I tried at one point to pay the collection agency, but the money fell through and I couldn't do anything but a small payment which they didn't want.  So the creditor sued me and now I have a judgement on my credit.  Now they are calling to collect on the judgement.
I have recently been through some medical situations requiring surgery I have debt from that as well.  I'm already living paycheck to paycheck.

What do I do about the judgement, phone calls, etc.  Is there minimum I can pay back to the judgement and hospital?

Answer
