QUESTION: My son said a man came saying he was trying to serve me. I belive this is a credit card company I owe about 2000.00 to. Will all my bills right now and payment arrangements with other cc company's plus having to pay state back taxes etc. I could not work out a a payment plan on phone with lawyer in beginning due to he was bring up all my other credit cards and a car I co signed for I felt was not appropriate for him to discuss. Now I am about to be served what steps do I take what options do I have what also would it cost to file a bankruptcy if a option with out losing my car or any thing else. I need fast and accurate advise of where to go what to do and how to do it. Can not afford much other wise they would have already been paid. HELP me please.
