Question
I'm a resident of washington state and in December 2006 I got DirecTV connected in my home.  I ordered pay-per-view movies for that month and the next and wasn't charged for them right away.  In March of 2007 I called and asked why I wasn't being charged for any of these movies.  i was told that periodically, they would check the reciever and charge me for the movies.  It is currently May 2009, and in April I cancelled my services with DirecTV.  They are now trying to charge me for movies ordered in December of 2006, nearly 3 years ago!  Can they do this?

Answer
Victoria:

Unfortunately, yes, they can do this.  Please feel free to contact Apex Credit Services with any further questions and feedback is always appreciated.
