Question
well, much to my dismay, my car was taken by the bank, in the course of this, they have called one of my employees telling them they are looking for my car, and asking them where it might be, also that they are trying to follow me, also went to ex-wife house, talked to her roommate and had her open garage door to verify car wasn't there

now they have car, but wont let me have possessions in it until i give keys back, pay $45.00 storage fee for my belongings

do i have any rights?

To the best of my knowledge you have no rights at all. The only thing you can hope to do is to get even later down the road. That can be done because they will turn it over to a debt collector who will try to collect the deficiency balance. You will have to learn how to defeat them in court and sue them in federal court in order to get the job done. Best you get started now.

I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
