QUESTION: My husband's hours were dramatically cut and we had to place our credit cards with a debt consolidation company. We both commute an hour each way to work. With the high gas prices we relied on our credit cards and a personal loan. Citifinancial has been threatening with turning our account over to the magistrate. We live in Pennsylvania. We only own our vehicles as we lost our home several years ago due to lost wages due to an injury sustained at home. Please help!
