Hi. I'm not sure if you can answer this or not. I'm located in Michigan and I'm being sued for a credit card debt that I owe. I'm just wondering what could be done to me if I don't pay the amount off in timely manner? I know about the garnishment of wages and collection of property, but is possible to go to jail for something like this? Thanks in advance!

Hope all is well.  No, you can not go to jail.  Also, don't cave in so fast with regards to this lawsuit.  There are numerous defenses to these kinds of claims.  If you want, give me a call to discuss.
