Question

house
I am three months past due on all my credit cards becasue I lost my job about 6 months ago.  They all want too much money to even help me work out a plan with them. If I send them what I can, I want to send them about 20 dollars each until I can send more. Will that keep me from going to court?
Thanks MIchele

Answer
Michelle:

Honestly, it probably won't and it will do you no good.  Honestly, I would advise you to consult a Bankruptcy attorney and seek protection before any Summons arrive.
