Question
I have received collection calls from (305) 507-8578 at my work.  It has gotten to the point where I have been suspended for 2 days.  The collector is stating false claims and will not provide a copy of my debt to me until I pay $150.00.  Please help me my job is in jeopardy over an unpaid loan til payday of $250.  I live in CA.  Thank you.

The answer is simple. Send them a work related only cease & desist letter stating that it is inconvenient for them to contact you at your place of employment. Send it certified mail return receipt requested and if they call after having received that then sue them. You certainly have damages already.

I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
