Collections Law/Being served a summons

Question
I have been in touch via email with the National Arbitration Forum over a debt I owe to Chase Bank.  They claim I have a case open against me but after 2 months and many requests, they still have not sent mer any paperwork via the postal service on the case.

This week, a woman with some papers in her hand came to my front door and rudely pounded on the door several times and then on my living room window.  I did not answer the door.

If the NAF rubber stamped a judgment against me and this has now gone to court, should I avoid being served a summons?  Is it ethical for people who serve a summons to pound on the windows of our homes?

Thanks for any help.  I'm totally confused and frustrated by the lack of response from the NAF.  Now some strange woman is banging on my front window??? What is happening here?

Answer
the woman is probably a process server. They will get you served sooner or later and one way or another. Then they will get a judgment. You won't be able to stop the process. What you need to do is to get some asset protection in place. The best way to do that is to immediately get any and all money out of bank accounts you may have. If you don't you soon enough find out the hard way that you don't have any money left. Next you need to contact Max Hemmingway at
(302)360-8448 and work with him to protect your other assets. These people get mean and you have to protect yourself or you will end up hurting very badly.

Experience

I've been an active consumer advocate for more than 40 years and have helped hundreds of people win cases against debt collectors as well as helping them defeat demands for summary judgment lodged against them by banks, debt collectors and defeat mortgage foreclosures and keep their homes.

Education/Credentials
Paralegal courses for the most part.
I have been teaching people how to deal with judgments, mortgage foreclosures and other such problems both on and off the internet for many, many years. I am a Richard Cornforth information provider ever since 2000 and worked with many other organizations and causes since 1980. I was Oklahoma State Chairman for the nationwide drive to defeat the Constitutional Convention which was proposed by various factions within our federal government such as the Council of State Governments and the National Organization of State Governors who were working hard to organize a Constitutional Convention to be held in 1995 for the purpose of rewriting our American Constitution to be more acceptable to the United Nations. I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
