I also received fake call from a Florida based number. They were speaking in very bad English, claiming to be calling from government agency who is ready to initiate legal action due to unpaid internet loan advance of USD 450. They threatened of legal consequences and offered 'Out of Court' settlement if I fax them credit card details and authorization.

Please do not fall for the scam. I made a quick search on google and found many similar cases. With that confidence I called them back to cross question and they quickly ended the call.
