QUESTION: We have acocunts that have been sent to collections that are at least 6 months to a year old or more that have had no payment made to them. In this case, can we pull the accounts back from the collection agency?

QUESTION: Thanks for responding. In reply to your question, we are the creditor. A medical facility in the state of Arizona. Do you have any specifics for Arizona laws or, do you know where I can find specific information as I haven't had much luck with the exception of your information.

Generally there's a contract between the collection agency and the vendor that outlines performance, commission, length of time an account is placed with the agency ect. Do you have a copy of the contract?
