Question
QUESTION: In 1996 i was in default of a 6400.oo debt. The debt was shared with my now exwife. Thirteen years later to present day, I had a motorcycle with clear title in my name only, it was taken as payment for the thirteen year old debt. How is this possible. is it legal , and if so what happened to the statue law of limitation.

ANSWER: What state do you live in? I must know that to see if anything can be done or not.

Florida law is vicious in this respect. Judgments have a life of 20 years. So what will they do to you next? There is no way to know but obviously you should understand that they will do anything they can to collect the money. I would contact Max Hemmingway at Toxic Assets Recovery.com and find out what you can do to protect your assets. (302) 360-8448. If you are the head of a household in Florida they can't garnish wages but they can grab any money in bank accounts, seized vehicles and do other things to collect. You need to protect bank account money by keeping accounts drained dry at all times. Max can't do anything to protect your bank accounts but he can take care of the rest.

I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
