Question
I have a car that was supposed to be reposessed. When I called the finance company and asked when they were coming to get the car, they told me it was not worth coming to get the car because of the value of the vehicle and the state of the economy. So now I am stuck with a worthless car and a title they will not sign off on. If there is any thing I can do please let me know. (I tried calling the junk yards but they will not touch it without a signed off title)

                  Thanks   Paul

I'm not going to tell you to do anything illegal but what would happen to the car if it sat on the side of the road for several days with a couple of flat tires? If it isn't worth anything to them then what is it worth to you? If it is all old and broke down then it may not be worth much to you either. If it is so worthless that you would consider selling it to a junk yard then it sure isn't worth much to you either. But the bad part is that even if it isn't worth them coming after the car that still don't mean they won't come after you in court for the debt. Maybe they will and maybe they won't. Only time will tell.

Education/Credentials
Paralegal courses for the most part.
I have been teaching people how to deal with judgments, mortgage foreclosures and other such problems both on and off the internet for many, many years. I am a Richard Cornforth information provider ever since 2000 and worked with many other organizations and causes since 1980. I was Oklahoma State Chairman for the nationwide drive to defeat the Constitutional Convention which was proposed by various factions within our federal government such as the Council of State Governments and the National Organization of State Governors who were working hard to organize a Constitutional Convention to be held in 1995 for the purpose of rewriting our American Constitution to be more acceptable to the United Nations. I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
