Question
I live in California and I have been served with a summons in the amount is $2445.61 I read that I need to file a response to the summons with in 30 days How do I answer this? What forms do I use? do I need to get a lawyer? in the summons it states that they send me a letter wich I never received and today September 17th at 5:45am I get this summons notice by a very rude person. Please advice
You will have to go to the clerk of the court and gat a response form from them. You have to use that form to start with but you can use your own response. You need to go to my links page at sites.google.com/creditwrench and follow the links to learn what you need to add to that form in order to keep them from getting a default judgment. Once you have the form from the court and have gone through some of the links you will be in a much better shape to deal with your situation. I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
